Embroidery
Yes, we will help you embroider your items, with names, and logos.
Email us and we'll help you.
There are normally no set up fee's
First One line text - $9.00
First Two line text -$14.00
Each additional (one or two lines) $5.00
Please email us in the font and color, and exact text you'd like to use, we will send you a return mail with a picture of what we saw (to make sure we have the same fonts)
MAKE SURE WHEN YOU CHECK OUT TO INDICATE EMBROIDERY ON YOUR SHIPPING NOTES
We'll make sure we associate the email with your embroidery
If you'd like embroidery anywhere besides the left chest, (sleeves / back neck / etc) that is fine.
logo's normally run $5 to $25 depending on the quantity, complexity, how good your graphic is and how many colors there are.
Please email the highest resolution that you can.
Embroidery can delay your shipping up to 1 week.
We will invoice you, through paypal, to the email address that you provide, after we both settle on the final product and price.

A note to our customers about our shipping process ............
We aim to get your package to you as soon as absolutely possible.
Our estimate is 7-14 days when items are not in-stock so please allow this much time.
In-stock items will in most cases ship the same or next day from our location
We cannot guarantee the items you purchase are always in our inventory,
we may need to obtain them from the manufacturer before shipping.

Saving money relates to shipping
We keep our prices very low. some of the lowest prices on the internet,
by not having a large overhead, that said, about 30-50% of the items you will order are in our inventory.
What is in our inventory is not normally kept at large quantities unless it s a relatively popular item/size.
We are growing, and we hope to maintain a much larger inventory in the years to come.
You will know when we ship your items, we will give you tracking information.
If your curious about the status and estimated shipping date, you can email us and we'll let you know.
Normally (not counting weekend days) it will take 1-5 days for you to get tracking info.
To save on overhead shipping fee's from the manufacturer we will have multiple
orders mailed to us first which takes on average 4-5 days and may delay your items the
the same amount of time that is why we ask to allow 7-14 days for your package to get to you.
All in an effort to help us (and you) keep our prices low.
Unfortunately, although not often, there comes a time when an item you ordered becomes unavailable...........
When your item, or the quantity of items, or part of your items become unavailable we will notify
you immediately and/or issue you a refund for those items in a timely manner.
If we notice you ordered a set (same color pants/top) and one of them is not available
we will notify you so that you can make a decission on whether to change colors, cancel
or wait until the item is available.
In most cases when items become unavailable from the manufacturer we will immediately
update our website.
Returns
We treat returns and cancellations as helping to grow our inventory.
Returning, exchanging, and canceling do not have fee's associated with them.
We here at www.scrub-source.com would not expect to maintain you as a customer if there were any.
Try them on, exchange, return them, or change your order midstream after you place it.
All options are perfectly acceptable. We are here to work with you.
We will include in your packaging, instructions for returning or exchanging your items.
We will accept exchanges and returns not-worn, not-washed, with tags, and with proof of purchase within 1 month of purchase. (certain restrictions may apply)

Collegiate and embroidered items may not be returned.
